Shipping Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped out every business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day.- Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the destination address. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kure Bags is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kure Bags is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
